Delete Account

You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard. Deleting it removes you and every workspace you own, with everything in them: assistant settings, knowledge base, comments, inbox, leads, campaigns, templates, products, connected Pages, numbers and bots, and your files.

Delete it yourself

1. Log in and open Settings. The last card is Delete account.
2. Press Delete account, type your email, and press Email me a code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code we email you and press Delete my account.

Nothing is removed for 7 days. During that time AI stops replying in your workspaces, and you can change your mind: log in and press Cancel deletionon the banner. On day 7 everything is deleted for good. A monthly plan isn't refunded, and a yearly plan only within its first 14 days (see our Refund Policy). Can't log in?

Ask us by email instead. Submitting this form opens an email to our team pre-filled with your request. Send it from the address your account uses, and we'll confirm by email once it's done. Requests are handled by Artificial Consciousness for Software Design and Production, the company that operates Agentech Assistant.
