Account settings and dashboard language

Two things live outside any one workspace, because they belong to you as a person rather than to one business: the Settings page (Settings in the left menu, under Account), which handles how you're notified, and the dashboard's own display language, which you switch from the account menu (tap your initials in the circle at the top right). Both follow you across every workspace and device you use — they aren't set per workspace.

Who does what

WhoWhat they do
YouLink or unlink your Telegram, choose how you're notified, and switch the dashboard's display language.
You (on each phone or computer)Turn on Notifications on this device — or tap Turn on on the card the dashboard shows once — and allow notifications when your browser asks.
AgentechSends each notification the ways you ticked (devices, Telegram, email) for Alerts, New messages while AI is off and All customer messages, and remembers your language choice on your account.

Notifications

Settings explains it: "Choose what you hear about, and how. Each row can use more than one way." There are three kinds of notification, each with its own ticks, and a switch for the device you're on.

Linking Telegram

  1. Press Link Telegram. The button reads Opening… while it starts.
  2. A Telegram tab opens to a one-time deep link. The page tells you: "Complete the link in the Telegram tab that just opened — this page will update automatically."
  3. Confirm the link on the Telegram side. Settings checks in the background and updates itself — you don't need to reload. Once linked, a note reads "Telegram linked!" and the tag at the top changes from Telegram not linked to Telegram linked.

Unlinking Telegram

Press Unlink Telegram (shown once you're linked; it reads Unlinking… while it works). Your account goes back to Telegram not linked, and Telegram is unticked and greyed out on every row until you link again.

Alerts

"A customer needs a human, leaves contact details, a template or campaign changes state, WhatsApp connection news." Tick any of Notifications on my devices, Telegram and Email. A new account starts with Email only. If Telegram is your only tick and the Telegram message can't be sent, the alert is emailed instead, so you're never left without it.

New messages while AI is off

"Every customer message nobody will answer: on a channel where AI is off, or in a chat you took over." Tick Notifications on my devices and/or Telegram. Notifications on my devices is ticked from the start. There's no email for messages — "No email for messages — it would flood your inbox."

All customer messages

"Every customer message, even ones the AI answers. Can be a lot on a busy day." Same two ticks, both off to start. If a message counts under both message rows, you get it once, not twice.

Tick nothing on a row and that kind of notification is off. Telegram can only be ticked after you link Telegram above — until then it's greyed out with "Link Telegram above first". These choices belong to your account, not to one workspace, and only the workspace owner is notified.

Notifications on this device

"This phone or computer shows the notifications ticked above, even when the dashboard is closed. Turn it on on each device you use." Notifications on my devices above decides what reaches your devices; this switch decides whether this device is one of them. Your browser asks once whether to allow notifications; allow it. Tapping a notification opens the conversation it's about.

The first time you sign in on a device — and the first time you open the installed app — the dashboard shows a card at the top: Turn on notifications. Tap Turn on and allow, or Not now to hide it on that device for good; the Settings switch is always there.

Signing out with Sign out turns notifications off on that device, so a shared phone doesn't keep getting your alerts.

"On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work in the installed app"

On iPhone and iPad, a website open in a browser tab can't show notifications — only the installed app can. Fix: install the dashboard to your Home Screen (see Install the app on your phone), open it from there, then turn on Notifications on this device in Settings.

"Notifications are blocked for this site"

You (or your browser) refused notifications earlier, so the dashboard can't ask again. Fix: allow notifications for the dashboard in your browser's site settings — in the installed app, in your phone's notification settings — then come back to Settings and turn the switch on.

Dashboard language

Separately from Settings, the dashboard itself can display in English or Arabic.

Signed in, the switch lives in the account menu rather than on the Settings page — tap your initials in the circle at the top right of any screen, and under Language you'll find a dropdown with English and العربية.

Signed out, the same choice is on the sign-in and sign-up screens themselves, as a pair of buttons at the top of the card. You don't need an account to read those screens in Arabic. If you pick a language there and then sign in, that choice is kept and saved to your account — signing in won't snap you back to English.

Picking العربية switches every screen in the dashboard to Arabic — the sidebar and menus, and the pages themselves: Overview, Inbox, Knowledge Base, Products, Campaigns, Templates, Channels, Leads, Comments, Usage, Settings and the Assistant page. The whole layout mirrors right-to-left. Picking English switches it back to left-to-right.

A few things stay as they are in either language, on purpose:

  • Anything Meta or another platform wrote. A template rejection reason, an error Meta returned, a WhatsApp status — those are their words, quoted exactly, and we don't rewrite them.
  • Your own content. Your documents, products, templates, quick replies, campaign names and your assistant's instructions are yours, in whatever language you wrote them.
  • Names of things that don't translate — file types (PDF, CSV), and brand names.

This is a personal, account-level preference — not a per-workspace one. It's saved to your account, so it follows you to every workspace you switch into and every device you sign in on, the same way your notification settings do. Switching it in one workspace changes it everywhere for you; it doesn't change what any other teammate on your workspaces sees.

Emails and Telegram notices follow it too

What we send you follows the same choice, not just what's on screen. If your language is Arabic, these arrive in Arabic:

  • The verification code when you sign up (if you signed up on the Arabic screen).
  • A customer needing a human, and a captured lead.
  • Meta's decision on your WhatsApp number, your display name, or a template.
  • A WhatsApp quality rating or daily limit change, and a disconnection.
  • A campaign put on hold, and the reminders before your access ends.

Switching your language changes the language of the next notice; ones already sent don't change.

What this language switch is not

It's easy to confuse this with two other, unrelated language settings:

  • It is not the conversation opener language. The English/Arabic opener your assistant greets customers with is set on the Assistant page and shown to your website visitors — see Setting up your assistant. Switching your own dashboard to Arabic has no effect on which opener a visitor sees, and vice versa.
  • It is not what language the assistant replies in. Your assistant always answers each customer in whatever language that customer writes in, regardless of your dashboard's language or your opener's language. Switching your dashboard to Arabic doesn't make your assistant start replying to English-writing customers in Arabic.

In short: your dashboard's language is what you read on screen. The opener and the assistant's replies are what your customers read, and those are governed separately.

Workspaces

A workspace is one business in the dashboard: its own assistant instructions, knowledge base, channels, Inbox, leads and plan. The name at the top of every screen is the workspace you're in.

Each workspace has its own plan and its own monthly allowance — messages used in one never come out of another.

Switching between workspaces

Tap your initials in the circle at the top right to open the account menu. Under Workspace you see one card per workspace your login can open:

  • The name, with a red dot when that workspace needs you.
  • Your role, its plan and its status — Active, Trial · N days left or Ended.
  • The icons of its connected channels, or No channels yet.
  • "N waiting" when customers are waiting for a person in its Inbox, or its most serious problem, such as a disconnected channel.

The workspace you're in has a ✓. Tap another one and you're asked "Switch to {name}?" — press Switch to go, or Cancel to stay. Switching keeps you on the same page (Inbox stays Inbox), reloaded with the other workspace's data, and shows "Switched to {name}". Nothing in either workspace changes.

When another workspace needs you, a red dot also appears on the circle with your initials, so you can see it from any screen.

Renaming a workspace

Open Settings → Workspace, change Workspace name, and press Save. The new name appears at the top of the screen and in the account menu. Customers never see the workspace name — your assistant introduces itself the way its instructions say.

Only the workspace's owner can rename it. Anyone else sees the name greyed out with "Only the workspace owner can rename it."

How many workspaces can I have?

One per login by default. If you run more than one business, email us and we can raise the number for your login. Once we do, New in the account menu creates another workspace; you may need to sign out and back in (or wait up to 15 minutes) before the button turns on.

"Workspace limit reached"

You see this on New in the account menu when your login already has as many workspaces as it's allowed.

Fix: email us and tell us which business the new workspace is for — we'll raise your limit.

If we ever lower your limit, nothing is removed: every workspace you have keeps working. You just can't create another one until you're below the limit.

Deleting a workspace

Delete in the account menu deletes the workspace you're in, with its assistant, documents and conversations. It can't be undone, and you can't delete your only workspace.
