Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Agentech Assistant (the "Service"), including the dashboard at https://admin.assistant.agentech.tech, the embeddable chat widget, and our API. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business.

Agentech Assistant lets you upload your own documents (files, spreadsheets, pasted text, images, audio, or web pages) and turn them into a retrieval-augmented AI chat assistant that answers strictly from that content, with citations, deployable as a widget, shareable link, or API.

• One account is one email + password. An account can belong to a workspace ("tenant") and is currently limited to one workspace at a time.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials and any API keys you generate confidential, and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

• New workspaces start on a time-bounded free trial (currently 30 days or a fixed message-credit allowance, whichever ends first) — no credit card is required to start it.
• Paid plans are billed as message credits (client-facing, shown as "messages"). Test conversations you have with your own assistant in the dashboard are free and do not consume plan credits; only the public widget/API is metered.
• We currently process payments manually (e.g. bank transfer or mobile wallet) rather than through an automated card processor — your plan or credit balance is updated by our team once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in EGP and are subject to change with notice.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you — for example, chunking and embedding it for retrieval, and sending it to our AI model provider to generate answers. We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it.

You're responsible for having the rights to upload Your Content and for making sure it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to bypass workspace isolation or access another workspace's data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service beyond normal use;
• Resell or sublicense API keys outside a workspace you control, except as part of a legitimate white-label arrangement you disclose to us.

Agentech Assistant is designed to answer strictly from your uploaded documents and cite its sources, which substantially reduces (but does not eliminate) the risk of incorrect answers. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated answers before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or has an unresolved billing issue. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time — see our Delete Account page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentech Assistant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify workspace owners by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country.
